Brand new veggie boxes = more veggies!

After our difficult spring - no rain but plenty of heat which meant planting a second round of runner beans, delighted that I now have produce in my new veggie boxes! Excellent for those summer buffets where salads should be in abundance and fingers crossed my tomatoes will ripen and beetroots tender which are excellent roasted both as an ingredient in salads or accompanying meat/fish or chicken dishes, will keep you posted!
